· The location is perfect, view on mountains is nice· When entering the lobby the reception looks outdated and gives the hotel a cheap look, which is a pity. This is the first impression you get when entering the hotelrnI felt bad leaving the hotel and somebody had to rush behind me telling me I didn't pay. This is very confusing: I make reservation for a non-refundable room... I expect the money was taken from my card before I arrive, why if not non-refundable. Is what I always do when booking a room, never had to ask if they received the money or not.rnI received mail saying "The non-refundable reservations will be charged as soon as they are received." so this for me means payment has been done.rnWas confusing.Stayed April 2024 -

· The staff was great as was the location. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the carpet needs to be replaced.· The breakfast was a bit sparse. It would have been nice to have fresh bread and pastry rather than have the same ones put out day after day.Stayed April 2024 -

· Perfectă! Check în pe mail , cu 24h înainte. Noi am întârziat, recepția ne-a sunat să vadă dacă mai venim. Nu au cerut avans.este al 4-lea an când venim. Am recomandat locația tuturor cunoștințelor. Au fost uimiți de preț pentru serviciile oferite. Noi am apreciat atmosfera foarte primitoare. Mulțumim! · Apreciez mult felul cum interacționează personalul cu clientii si acest lucru ma face sa ma simt bine primita in acest loc. Totodata, consider ca nivelul de curatenie este unul foarte bun si ma simt in siguranta din acest punct de vedere. Locatia, la fel, este un punct major forte pentru noi, de fiecare data cand ajungem in Brasov si exista disponibilitate la dvs., aleg locatia dvs. cu drag :).· Fata de data trecuta, camera aceasta(406) ne-a parut putin mai uzata pe alocuri, la nivel de accesorii din camera(de exemplu: mocheta), la unele parti de mobilier/calorifere/intrerupatoare. Iar patul nu a parut asa confortabil ca cel din camera tot din zona mansardei, unde am stat data trecuta. De asemenea, cafetiera nu functiona. V-as recomanda sa va indreptati o atentie mai mare si in aceasta directie.Stayed April 2024
